RETURNS POLICY – UNITED KINGDOM (UK)

We are happy to accept returns on any item of clothing that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 2 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Chic Ladies Boutique, so we recommend that UK customers use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns to us within 2 days of receipt.

If you are unable to locate your return sheet, just send us over an email at Returns@chicladiesbtq.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

  • Please note that we only offer exchanges or store credit and no cash refunds.
    Sale items are not eligible for a return or store credit as all items purchased on sale are final.
    We do not take responsibility for any parcels lost whilst being returned to us.

We want you to love your Chic Ladies Boutique purchase! If you need to return an item,
Please review our policy below carefully.

  • RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original
    tags attached.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage and suitable for resale.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE INCLUDES:

  • Final sale products
  • Accessories
  • Breast tapes
  • Formal gowns
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • White outfits
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a protective box.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns not meeting requirements will be refused.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Returned items will also be
inspected. If they do not match their original condition, no store credit will be issued.
Store credits can be used in-store or online at www.chicladiesboutiques.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You will
be notified via email once your store credit is available.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Log in to our Return Portal or return the item in-store.
2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include your original invoice or a note with your order number, billing name,
and return reason.
4. Keep your return tracking number to monitor delivery.
Chic Ladies Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

OUR POLICY

We take pride in every item that we sell, therefore anything returned should be new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you’re returning something faulty, damaged, or soiled, please contact returns@chicladiesboutique.com prior to sending any return.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
