UK DELIVERY INFO

Great news ladies, as a customer of Chic Ladies Boutique you are entitled to our
standard free delivery service if your orders are GBP 100 and above. Orders below
GBP 100 attracts shipping fee GBP 6. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri
8am to 7pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your
order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.
All UK orders take approximately 2-3 working day, however if your item is located in a
different warehouse it can take up to 6-7 working days.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or
freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Need that item asap? All our items state whether they’re available for UK next working
day delivery. If it’s a match, then next working day delivery needs to be placed by
4:00pm to be received the following day by 7:00pm latest.
Next day delivery costs GBP 7.99.
Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday
after 4.30pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

DELIVERY SERVICE
All our deliveries are handled by DHL, DPD or Parcelforce.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work
address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that
a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the
original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery
and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
JAMAICA DELIVERY INFO
Great news ladies, as a customer of Chic Ladies Boutique you are entitled to several
delivery options and guess what, you can order online and pick up in store. Standard
delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
All out of Kingston orders placed before 2:00 pm will be delivered to your courier same
day unless there are circumstances outside of our controls. Orders placed after 3:00 pm
will be delivered on the next working day.
All orders placed in Kingston by 4:00 pm will be delivered same day by bearer unless
there are circumstances outside of our control.

All our deliveries except for Tara Couriers are handled by Bearers that charges a fee to
deliver to Knutsford, the Post Office or your desired location. Most times this cost
between J$700 - J$1,000.
